We have some exciting news to share! Articulate Animation won a Gold Award at the Scottish Design Awards.
Articulate Animation was co-written, designed and voiced by some of our young Board Members at Our Hearings, Our Voice (OHOV).
The short film – made by Braw Talent – brings to life the importance of language in the Children’s Hearings System and follows on from coproduction by Language Leaders, a group of hearings experienced young people, collaborating with representatives from social work, advocacy, children’s rights, the judiciary, CELCIS, the Scottish Children’s Reporter Administration (SCRA) and Children’s Hearings Scotland (CHS).
A joint initiative with CHS and SCRA, the animation was launched in May 2024 at a film premiere at the Centre for Contemporary Arts in Glasgow.
