Our Hearings, Our Voice (OHOV) members and many others have been working on changes to the law to redesign the Children’s Hearings System.
A new Bill was introduced to Parliament on 17 June 2025, which sets out the proposed changes to Hearings, as well as proposals for new rights to lifelong advocacy for people with care experience and an extension of eligibility to after-care support.
